Ordering FAQ

How does ordering through the new website work?

Add sacks to your quote in any mix of colors, review your tier pricing, and submit. Our team reviews every request and emails a formal quote with confirmed freight and tax within one business day. Once you approve it, we ship. Phone, email, fax, and PO orders still work exactly as before.

Do you accept purchase orders and tax-exempt certificates?

Yes. We accept POs from schools, districts, municipalities, and registered nonprofits, and we offer net-30 terms to approved accounts. Check the tax-exempt box on your quote and we'll request your certificate.

How much is shipping?

Freight is free on quotes of $750 or more, after discounts, to the contiguous US. Smaller orders ship for an estimated flat $49. In-stock items usually leave our Vancouver, WA warehouse within 48 hours. Local customers can schedule a will-call pickup at our dock.

Can I mix colors and still get tier pricing?

Yes. Tiers apply per sack style, and every color of that style counts together. For example, 24 navy and 24 red Classic Drawstring sacks qualify for Case pricing. Different styles (say, Classic Drawstring and StandUp) are priced separately.

How do I use the NEWSITE10 promo code?

Enter NEWSITE10 in the promo code box on the quote page to take 10% off your subtotal. It stacks with tier pricing and is valid on quotes submitted online through December 31, 2026.

What is your return policy?

Unused sacks in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for credit or refund, less a 10% restocking fee. Custom-color and logo-tagged sacks are final sale. Every sack carries a one-year warranty on seams and drawstrings. If one fails, we replace it at no charge.
